Does shipping cost extra, and who pays import duties?
Worldwide shipping is included in the 220 USDT price. Any import duties or taxes are set by your own country and paid by you on delivery, not by us.
Can I cancel or get a refund after paying with crypto?
Yes, within 48 hours of ordering, before production starts — after that the hat is already being made to order. Your bit (the NFT minted to your wallet) is your proof of purchase for any refund, exchange, or repair request.
Is the checkout (NOWPayments) safe to use?
It's a payment processor, not a wallet — it never holds your funds. It only converts whatever you send into the fixed USDT total and confirms it on-chain. You pay directly from your own wallet, same as sending crypto to any other address.
The hat is free size — how do I know it will fit?
Free size fits a 56–60 cm head circumference, which covers most adults. If you're outside that range, email us before ordering and we'll tell you honestly whether it'll work.
Do I need a crypto exchange account to buy?
No — you need a wallet you control, not an exchange account. If you only hold crypto on an exchange, send it to your own wallet first, then pay from there.
